At Healthy Homes of Kentuckiana, we believe the air inside your home should never be a question mark. Founded on the simple idea that cleaner air leads to healthier lives, we help families and homeowners across the region take control of their indoor air quality—one duct, one crawlspace, and one chimney at a time.
HOW IT STARTED
When the COVID-19 pandemic changed how people lived and worked, it also changed how they thought about the air they breathe indoors. For founders Josh and Kate Olds of New Castle, Kentucky, this hit close to home. They saw how overlooked indoor air quality could affect daily health and peace of mind—and decided to do something about it.
With years of hands-on experience running a successful dryer vent cleaning business for 18 years, the couple took their knowledge and passion in a new direction. In 2024, they launched Healthy Homes of Kentuckiana with a clear goal: help families across Kentucky and Southern Indiana breathe cleaner, safer air at home.
